Bridget Wade Campaign Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Bridget Wade Campaign (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you can reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us to opt out of the Program.

User Opt-In

The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method, you agree these Terms apply to your participation in the Program. The mobile messaging service used by Us requires human intervention to initiate messages, and Our messages are not sent via an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). Nevertheless, by participating in the Program, you consent to receive autodialed marketing messages, and understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us.

Program Description

Users who opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the Bridget Wade Campaign, such as campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, reminders, and other political communications.

Cost and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. This Program includes recurring messages, and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with Us.

Contact Information

For support, text “HELP” to any of Our mobile messages or email us at [email protected].

You may receive a final confirmation message. Alternatively, you may email us your request at [email protected].

MMS Disclosure

The Program may send SMS if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.

Our Warranty

We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery. Delivery is dependent on your mobile provider and network, which are outside of Our control. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our full privacy policy is available at https://www.BridgetForTheKids.com/privacy-policy. We only use your information to send mobile messages and respond as necessary. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or customer information collected through the Program to any third party.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Our rights. When you submit information in connection with the Program, you agree it is accurate and truthful. Misuse of the Program may result in removal from participation and other legal remedies.

This mobile privacy policy is limited to the Program and does not affect any other privacy policy of the Bridget Wade Campaign.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the Program or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration before one arbitrator. The arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Arbitration will be confidential and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
